Access
For events other than Weddings, clients have access to the venue 30 minutes before the event for set-up. Tables will be set with linen upon your arrival. Entertainment should conclude 30 minutes before the end of your event, and all clean up should be completed no later than 30 minutes after the event.
Food
We offer an open catering and food policy for private events. All vendors must be licensed and insured. Caterers should set-up and break down food service. There is a $250.00 fee for our staff to set up outside catering. This includes use of our warming dishes and all necessary service items. Lexington on the Square offers full beverage service (alcohol & non-alcohol beverages must be purchased through Lexington on the Square.

Parking
Public parking is available on the street.
Staff
We will provide adequate staff on-site for the duration of your event.
Included
Tables, chairs, and linen tablecloths are included with every rental. (choice of black or ivory linen). Set-up and event staff included.
We seat up to 100 guests on our main level.
Decorating
We do not allow extensive decorating since most surfaces are brick. You are welcome to decorate your tables with centerpieces. We offer centerpieces rentals. Balloons are allowed, but must be weighted. *No confetti of any kind is allowed. Nothing can be hung on any lighting fixture or attached to any part of the wall.
Bar & Beverage Service
Lexington on the Square offers a variety of Bar Packages to meet your needs ranging from $18-$30 per person. We can also create signature drinks for your event, and we provide non-alcoholic options. All alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks must be purchased through Lexington on the Square. No outside alcohol is permitted and no alcohol may be taken out of the building. There is a $50 bartender fee for all events requesting bar service other than weddings.
Audio/Visual
We welcome DJ's or musicians who are licensed and insured. We will provide a bluetooth speaker at no additional cost for your use. We rent a screen & projector for your convenience.
Deposit
We require a non-refundable 50% deposit of the rental fee to secure your date. The balance, including all additional fees, is due 7 days prior to your event with the final guest count.
